Annual Beckers Vacation 2012

Last week was our annual vacation to northern Minnesota with Daddy's Mom's side of the family. There were 10 kids there this year and you had an absolute blast playing with everyone. Your favorite activity though, was definitely riding the golf cart. Thanks to Ry and Mere for bringing it up and to Grandma and Grandpa and everyone else for all of the rides! It was a wonderful week and Dad and I got some much needed R & R thanks to all of the extra help from everyone. Can't wait till next year!

and last, but definitely not least: YOUR GOING TO BE A BIG BROTHER!!!

Big changes are coming your way around February 16th, 2013 little buddy. You are going to be a big brother! We are all very excited. Mom and dad went to see the new baby on the ultrasound yesterday and the tech said the baby looks great. If they had to guess, they would say it's a GIRL but it was a total guess. The baby is measuring 12 weeks and 6 days which is exactly how pregnant mommy was yesterday. Grow baby, grow! 

then, SWIMMING LESSONS

Swimming lessons started in late June and just wrapped up yesterday. Mom thinks you were a little to old for this group as you did not like to be held for the entire half hour. It was a good experience though and we are excited to see how it goes next time. Here are just a few pictures from class:

next, FOURTH OF JULY

A day after getting back from the wedding in WA, we headed down south to Grandma and Grandpa Jones' for the annual 3rd, and 4th of July celebration! It was incredibly hot and ridiculously buggy at dusk but we had the best time that we could. You were still on WA time so you were wide awake for the fireworks. You sat on Grandma's lap and said "boom," over and over. It was so cute and precious. The parade was fun too but again, too hot! Maybe we will have better luck with weather next year ;)
