Cousin Brenley's Birthday party and fun weekend

This past Saturday, we all headed down to Cambria to spend the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa and the Nordby's and to celebrate Brenley's 3rd birthday! Her party was princesstastic and we all had a great time. On Sunday, you went ice skating for the very first time!!! We planned to have you actually try ice skating but the smallest size skates they had was an 8, and though your feet are big (size 7), the 8's were just a little too big, so daddy just skated you around on the ice. You loved it and liked watching Brody and uncle Ryan skate too. Santa was also there so you got to say hi to him too. The funnest part of the weekend for you though, was probably the cousin's bouncy house. Sunday and Monday you bounced and bounced. So fun!

It was a Happy Thanksgiving

You and Daddy headed down to Lake Crystal and Cambria to spend Thanksgiving with family this past Thursday. You boys had a wonderful day and Daddy you said that you did a great job eating except that you got a little crazy with your fork every once in a while, and that you played and played with your cousins. Mommy was sorry to miss the day but she had to work but loved the leftovers that Grandma sent home with you guys. We have so many things to be thankful for Henry!

18 month stats and pictures

In September, you had your 18 month well baby check up, and last month, Grandma took a few pictures of you. Here are the results:

You weighed 26 pounds, 3 ounces (54%), were 33.5 inches (82%), and had a 19 inch head (90%). You continue to meet all of your milestones and more. We are so proud of you and love you very much. Oh, and Grandma said that she had to choose all of these pictures of you to send to us because of all of your expressions. Cutie!

Happy Halloween 2012!

Your second Halloween was grrrrreat, Henry! Yesterday, we carved pumpkins. Dad did an awesome job and you  learned how to say, "ewwww." So cute!  Today, Halloween Day, you and dad got dressed up and we all went trick or treating! Dad dressed up as a hockey player, you were a tiger, and mom, well mommy was just a  pregnant mommy this year ;) You went to about 15 different houses and did sooo well. You went from house to house saying, "knock knock," and between houses running and saying, "go!" Adorable. We also watched a little Monsters vs. Aliens and ate Papa Muphy's pumpkin pizza and apple pie with Aunt Mary Ellen who helped hand out candy to the bunch of trick or treaters that stopped by our house. It was a wonderful evening. Happy Halloween!!!

It's HALLOWEEN time again!

Henry, we love this holiday at our house and this year is no different. Last weekend, we went to Nickelodeon Universe's Blackout event at the MOA and hit up some rides, and of course, the bubble party just like last year. And this past Tuesday(happy birthday Grandpa;), we went to our neighborhood grocery store's Boo Bash, where you could walk around and trick or treat. Your Tiger costume is a huge hit! Thank you so much Grandma Jones. It's grrrrrreat!
